I am a beauty professional myself with 7 years experience in the industry, so I feel l know a good service looks like and Zahra provides excellent service. Her touch is very gentle when it comes to brow threading. Also, her price for a lash lift is unbeatable.
I don’t often leave reviews, but my experience today was unfortunately so bad that I had to. When she was “done,” my brows looked completely different on both sides and there were tons of baby hairs that had not been removed. I pointed out the difference in my brows and she significantly over-thinned the larger brow. She overly shortened and thinned my brows beyond anything I have seen in my 10+ years getting my brows waxed. I will never come back. I am not a harsh person to please so it pains me to write such a scathing review.
